Hearing Schedules

Hearing Schedules

The Board of Parole Hearing Schedule contains the dates for hearings at the Correctional facilities. Parole Board hearings are held two times during most months during the year. A three-member panel is present to conduct the hearing in addition to the Parole Board Recording Secretary and Deputy Director. Also present are the inmate, the inmate’s caseworker, and any inmate support persons. Any support persons wishing to be present, need to have the inmate coordinate that request with the WDOC Facility prior to the hearing. The inmate is allowed to have up to five support people in attendance at a hearing, all over 16 years of age. One person will be allowed to speak on the group's behalf during the hearing.

Any questions regarding the hearing schedules should be directed to the Parole Board Recording Secretary. Click here to submit your question.

Questions or concerns regarding an offender's scheduled hearing or the results of said hearing must be obtained by contacting the offender directly.
